Expanded Rim Tires
Just like all SETCO tires, our Expanded Rim assemblies are proudly manufactured in Idabel, Ok using the highest quality rubber compounds available. These compounds are blended in our state-of-the-art rubber mixing plant, producing tires unique to perform in the most demanding applications that deliver maximum performance and longevity. This rubber is then bonded, using our proprietary, interlock system, to a heavy duty rim, five times stronger than traditional OE style wheels.

From skid steers to material crane handlers to the largest front-end loaders, solid tires are a very integral part of the facility’s day-to-day business and are a huge factor in productivity and overall cost of operation.

Skid Steer Tires
By the very name, the nature of this machine is to skid. Which is extremely hard on tires. Skid steer tires are used in all types of applications from scrap yards and trash transfer facilities, to recycling stations of glass, steel, paper & plastics and in the demolition arena.
Loader Tires
SETCO’s front end loaders tires are guaranteed to provide a lower cost per hour with no catastrophic tire failures. SETCO’s exclusive rubber compound used in manufacturing solid tires for front end loaders, utilizing a shredded wire mixture with 70,000 lb tensile strength.
Crane Tires
SETCO solid rubber tires and rims on a material handler will provide the durability and puncture resistance required to survive in a scrap yard environment. SETCO crane tires on smaller cranes, with dual tires, can achieve up to 20,000 hours of operation.
Backhoe Tires
Our solid tires for backhoes are guaranteed to rebuild which reduces the cost of the backhoe tires since you only have to buy the rim one time. Our rims are manufactured with A36 steel, combined with an exclusive rubber compound to ensure NO flats, failures or downtime.
Mining Haul Truck Tires
Our haul truck tires have increased strength. SETCO’s non-pneumatic tires are built to replace Budd or Dayton style wheels, eliminate problems due to the void between a common dual haul tire set up and reduce the danger of premature failure.
Forklift Tires
SETCO solid forklift tires are manufactured with a long lasting rubber compound throughout the entire forklift tire and have more usable rubber as well. SETCO manufactures a super single solid forklift tire that takes the place of conventional tires in a dual application.
