SETCO haul truck tires have increased strength in the rims as well as the rubber compounds. SETCO’s non-pneumatic tires are built to replace Budd or Dayton style wheels. Haul truck tires manufactured by SETCO eliminate problems due to the void between a common dual haul tire set up.
SETCO’s Super Single haul truck tires are uniquely designed to do away with the dead space between conventional dump truck tires. By eliminating the void, the risk of debris being caught between the haul truck tires is gone.
With this hazard eliminated, SETCO reduces the danger of premature failure in our haul truck tires and increases the overall longevity of SETCO’s flat proof tires. All of these factors decrease the cost per hour of the equipment and haul truck tires.

SETCO’s expanded rim Haul Truck line is available in a variety of tread designs that offer superior durability, extreme traction, and proven performance. This lineup offers more load capacity and reliability when compared to the competition. Our expanded rim lineup offers more sizes than any other manufacturer in the industry, particularly known for our super single drive tire options. Our super single tires replace conventional tires in a dual application. By doubling the tire width, load capacity is increased and the void between tires is eliminated. This diminishes the ability to lodge debris between tires that will chunk out tread and break wheels. These custom sizes allow you to maximize performance while lowering your overall cost per hour!
